Eve Puzzle(이하 “본 앱”, “당사”)는 최다운(이하 “개발자”)이 개발한 무료 광고 기반 iOS 퍼즐 게임입니다. 본 방침은 본 앱 사용 시 수집되는 정보, 그 이용 목적, 이용자가 가진 선택권을 설명합니다. 본 앱을 사용함으로써 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 앱은 계정 생성을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소를 요청하지 않습니다.
(a) 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보. 필수 제공 항목이 없습니다. 본 앱에는 자체 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다.
(b) 기기에만 저장되는 정보. 게임 진행 상황, 최소 이동 기록(베스트), 사운드/햅틱 설정, 광고 노출 빈도 카운터는 이용자 기기에 로컬로(iOS UserDefaults) 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 기기에 남으며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
(c) 광고 데이터(Google AdMob 경유). 본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공·측정을 위해 Google 및 그 파트너는 다음을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
iOS에서 IDFA 접근은 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의가 필요합니다. 거부하더라도 광고는 계속 표시되지만 IDFA를 이용한 맞춤화는 적용되지 않습니다.
(d) Game Center(선택). Apple Game Center에 로그인하여 리더보드를 사용하는 경우, 순위 표시를 위해 Game Center 플레이어 식별자와 점수가 Apple에 의해 처리됩니다. 선택 사항이며, 로그인하지 않으면 리더보드는 생략되고 베스트 점수는 기기에만 남습니다.
당사는 민감정보(특별 범주 개인정보)를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
Google AdMob. 광고는 Google이 제공합니다. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Google 서비스를 사용하는 사이트·앱의 정보 이용 방식을 따릅니다.
EEA(유럽경제지역)·영국·스위스(GDPR). 본 앱은 광고를 로드하기 전에, 필요한 지역에서 Google 인증 동의 메시지(Google User Messaging Platform, “UMP”)를 표시하여 이용자가 광고 목적의 데이터 이용을 수락하거나 관리할 수 있도록 합니다. 동의 선택은 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 내 설정 → 광고 동의 관리에서 동의를 언제든 변경·철회할 수 있습니다.
Apple 앱 추적 투명성(ATT). iOS에서 본 앱은 IDFA를 이용한 교차 앱·웹사이트 추적 전에 이용자 동의를 요청합니다.
이들 제3자는 자사 SDK를 통해 수집하는 데이터에 대해 독립적인 관리자/처리자로서 행위합니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 제3자의 자체 마케팅을 위해 공유하지 않습니다. 위에 기술한 데이터는 광고 및 Game Center 기능 제공을 위해 Google과 Apple이 각자의 방침에 따라 처리합니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 해당 국가의 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되면 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
거주 지역(예: EEA/영국의 GDPR, 캘리포니아의 CCPA/CPRA)에 따라, 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 및 동의 철회 권리를 가질 수 있습니다.

Eve Puzzle (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a free, ad-supported puzzle game for iOS developed by Dawoon Choi (“the Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
(a) Information you provide. None is required. The App has no sign-up or login of its own.
(b) Stored on your device only. Game progress, best (fewest-move) records, sound/haptic preferences, and ad-frequency counters are stored locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults). This data stays on your device and is not sent to the Developer.
(c) Advertising data (via Google AdMob). The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:
On iOS, access to the IDFA requires your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using the IDFA.
(d) Game Center (optional). If you are signed in to Apple Game Center and use leaderboards, your Game Center player identifier and scores are processed by Apple to display rankings. This is optional; if you are not signed in, leaderboards are skipped and your best scores remain on your device.
We do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data.
Google AdMob. Ads are provided by Google. Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). Before loading ads, the App presents a Google-certified consent message (Google User Messaging Platform, “UMP”) where required, so you can accept or manage how your data is used for advertising. Your consent choices are stored on your device. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via Settings → Manage Ad Consent in the App.
Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On iOS, the App requests your permission before any cross-app or cross-website tracking that uses the IDFA.
These third parties act as independent controllers/processors of the data they collect through their SDKs.
The Developer does not sell your personal data and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The data described above is processed by Google and Apple under their own policies to provide advertising and Game Center features.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will assist.
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.
Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own. They implement safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in their policies.
We rely on the security measures of Apple iOS and the Google and Apple services we use. On-device data is protected by the iOS app sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. However, for material changes affecting the processing of personal data (such as introducing payments or server-side data collection), we will provide separate in-app notice and obtain fresh explicit consent (an affirmative opt-in under the GDPR). Consent for the processing of advertising data is obtained only through the UMP consent form as an explicit opt-in, never by continued use alone.

Eve Puzzle (« l’App », « nous ») est un jeu de puzzle iOS gratuit, financé par la publicité et développé par Dawoon Choi (« le Développeur »). Google AdMob. Les publicités sont fournies par Google. Le traitement des données par Google est régi par la Politique de confidentialité de Google et Comment Google utilise les informations provenant de sites ou d’applis qui utilisent ses services.
EEE, Royaume-Uni et Suisse (RGPD). Là où c’est requis, l’App présente un message de consentement certifié par Google (Google User Messaging Platform, « UMP ») avant de charger les publicités. Vos choix sont enregistrés sur votre appareil. Vous pouvez les modifier ou les retirer à tout moment via Réglages → Gérer le consentement publicitaire dans l’App.
App Tracking Transparency d’Apple (ATT). Sur iOS, l’App demande votre autorisation avant tout suivi inter-apps ou inter-sites utilisant l’IDFA.
Ces tiers agissent en tant que responsables/sous-traitants indépendants pour les données qu’ils collectent via leurs SDK.
Le Développeur ne vend pas vos données personnelles et ne les partage pas à des fins de marketing propres à des tiers. Les données décrites ci-dessus sont traitées par Google et Apple selon leurs propres politiques pour fournir les fonctions de publicité et de Game Center.
L’App ne s’adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans (ou l’âge minimum équivalent dans votre pays) et nous ne collectons pas sciemment leurs informations personnelles. Si vous pensez qu’un enfant a fourni des données personnelles, contactez-nous.
Selon votre lieu de résidence (par ex. RGPD dans l’EEE/Royaume-Uni, CCPA/CPRA en Californie), vous pouvez avoir le droit d’accéder à vos données, de les corriger, de les supprimer, d’en limiter le traitement et de retirer votre consentement.
Google et Apple peuvent traiter des données dans des pays autres que le vôtre. Ils appliquent des garanties (telles que les clauses contractuelles types) décrites dans leurs politiques.
Nous nous appuyons sur les mesures de sécurité d’Apple iOS et des services Google et Apple que nous utilisons. Les données sur l’appareil sont protégées par le bac à sable applicatif d’iOS. Aucune méthode de transmission ou de stockage n’est toutefois sûre à 100 %.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette Politique de temps à autre. Les modifications importantes seront indiquées par la mise à jour de la date de « Dernière mise à jour ». Votre utilisation continue de l’App après l’entrée en vigueur des modifications constitue l’acceptation de la Politique mise à jour. Eve Puzzle („die App”, „wir”) ist ein kostenloses, werbefinanziertes iOS-Puzzlespiel, entwickelt von Dawoon Choi („der Entwickler”). Diese Richtlinie erläutert, welche Informationen bei der Nutzung der App erhoben werden, wie sie verwendet werden und welche Wahlmöglichkeiten Sie haben. Mit der Nutzung der App stimmen Sie dieser Richtlinie zu.
Die App erfordert kein Konto und fragt weder Ihren Namen noch E-Mail, Telefonnummer oder Anschrift ab.
(a) Von Ihnen bereitgestellte Informationen. Keine erforderlich. Die App hat keine eigene Registrierung oder Anmeldung.
(b) Nur auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Spielfortschritt, Bestwerte, Ton-/Haptik-Einstellungen und Zähler für die Anzeigenhäufigkeit werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert (iOS UserDefaults). Diese Daten verbleiben auf dem Gerät und werden nicht an den Entwickler gesendet.
(c) Werbedaten (über Google AdMob). Die App zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob. Zum Ausliefern und Messen von Anzeigen können Google und seine Partner Folgendes erheben und verarbeiten:
Unter iOS erfordert der Zugriff auf die IDFA Ihre Erlaubnis über Apples App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Bei Ablehnung werden weiterhin Anzeigen gezeigt, jedoch nicht mithilfe der IDFA personalisiert.
(d) Game Center (optional). Wenn Sie bei Apple Game Center angemeldet sind und Bestenlisten nutzen, verarbeitet Apple Ihre Game-Center-Spielerkennung und Punktzahlen, um Ranglisten anzuzeigen. Dies ist optional; ohne Anmeldung entfallen Bestenlisten und Ihre Bestwerte verbleiben auf dem Gerät.
Wir erheben nicht wissentlich sensible (besondere Kategorien) personenbezogene Daten.
Google AdMob. Die Anzeigen werden von Google bereitgestellt. Die Datenverarbeitung durch Google richtet sich nach der Google-Datenschutzerklärung und Wie Google Daten von Websites oder Apps verwendet, die seine Dienste nutzen.
EWR, UK und Schweiz (DSGVO). Wo erforderlich, zeigt die App vor dem Laden von Anzeigen eine von Google zertifizierte Einwilligungsmeldung (Google User Messaging Platform, „UMP”). Ihre Auswahl wird auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Sie können sie jederzeit über Einstellungen → Werbe-Einwilligung verwalten in der App ändern oder widerrufen.
Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Unter iOS fragt die App vor jeglichem app- oder website-übergreifenden Tracking mittels IDFA Ihre Erlaubnis ab.
Diese Dritten handeln hinsichtlich der über ihre SDKs erhobenen Daten als eigenständige Verantwortliche/Auftragsverarbeiter.
Der Entwickler verkauft Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht und gibt sie nicht für eigene Marketingzwecke Dritter weiter. Die oben beschriebenen Daten werden von Google und Apple gemäß deren eigenen Richtlinien verarbeitet, um Werbung und Game-Center-Funktionen bereitzustellen.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren (oder dem entsprechenden Mindestalter in Ihrem Land), und wir erheben nicht wissentlich deren personenbezogene Daten. Wenn Sie glauben, dass ein Kind Daten bereitgestellt hat, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.
Je nach Wohnort (z. B. DSGVO im EWR/UK, CCPA/CPRA in Kalifornien) haben Sie ggf. das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten sowie auf Widerruf der Einwilligung.
Google und Apple können Daten in anderen Ländern als Ihrem verarbeiten. Sie wenden Schutzmaßnahmen (etwa Standardvertragsklauseln) an, wie in ihren Richtlinien beschrieben.
Wir verlassen uns auf die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen von Apple iOS sowie der von uns genutzten Google- und Apple-Dienste. Daten auf dem Gerät sind durch die iOS-App-Sandbox geschützt. Keine Übertragungs- oder Speichermethode ist jedoch zu 100 % sicher.
Wir können diese Richtlinie von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Wesentliche Änderungen werden durch Aktualisierung des Datums „Zuletzt aktualisiert” kenntlich gemacht. Ihre fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Wirksamwerden der Änderungen gilt als Annahme der aktualisierten Richtlinie. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen, die die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betreffen (z. B. Einführung von Zahlungen oder serverseitige Datenerhebung), werden wir jedoch gesondert in der App informieren und eine erneute ausdrückliche Einwilligung einholen (eine aktive Zustimmung im Sinne der DSGVO). Die Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung von Werbedaten wird ausschließlich über das UMP-Einwilligungsformular als ausdrückliche Zustimmung eingeholt, niemals allein durch fortgesetzte Nutzung.
